1. Why is Blackboard so important?

Blackboard is the University’s online teaching platform and has areas on it for each module that you will study on your course. You can expect to use Blackboard regularly to access course materials, activities such as online discussions as well as live online teaching sessions.

2. How can you find out more about Blackboard?

First, to get a quick overview of Blackboard, watch these two short videos.

3. Now, why not try Blackboard out?

You can do this now by joining the Blackboard pre-arrival experience. Go to https://learning.westminster.ac.uk and sign in with your university username and password. When you have signed in find the link (under ‘My Modules and Courses on the left) to Learning at Westminster.
