Founded by Cardinal Basil Hume in 1986, the Cardinal Hume Centre gives people access to the skills and support needed to overcome poverty and homelessness.

The Centre gives homeless young people, families in need and local people the support they need to realise their full potential. The Centre focuses on four areas of need: employment, housing, education and skill, and legal status.
