As we welcome the spring sunshine, there is no better time to boost your employability!

This month’s blog focus is our online employability portal: Engage Plus. You might have used Engage to book appointments online, but have you explored Engage Plus?

Top 3 highlights:

  1. Learn more about yourself using the Career Assessment tools. These quick personality tests are helpful and shows you how your personal attributes could potentially impact your career. You get a detailed report at the end with recommendations about how you can develop as well!
  1. Start getting familiar with Assessment Centres by using the Assessment Centre tools! If you don’t know what Assessment Centres are, then it’s worth having a browse!
  1. Why not try out the Interview Simulator? It contains some commonly asked interview questions, as well as gives you pointers of what to include in your response. Especially if you are applying for a part-time job or vacation scheme, good interview skills are very important.

As always, we are here as a support! From one-to-one career advice to help with your CV, you can speak to a Careers Consultant at a Careers Drop in session. There is no need to book, just turn up!
