What is it?

The Active Challenge challenges you walk, run, or cycle to reach 700 points over 30 days. 700 points is equivalent to:

  1. Walking 210,000 steps (7,000 steps per day).
  2. Running 45 miles (10 miles per week)
  3. Cycling 145 miles (34 miles per week)

Everyone completing the Active Challenge will be entered in a prize drawing for prizes from our great partners:

Tracking Your Activities

You will need to use the following free mobile apps or tracking devices to record your Challenge activities: Moves, Fitbit, RunKeeper, Nike+, and Strava.

After registering your tracker on the Active Challenge website, your activities will be counted automatically.

How to Register

  1. Go to https://www.himotiv.com/signup/uow
  2. Sign up using your university email address
  3. Connect your tracker during the setup process
  4. Go to Challenges, select a challenge, and click join
