The People & Planet’s University League is a UK rank that measures universities’ environmental and ethical performance. It considers Universities’ effort in regards to Environmental Policy, Sustainability Staff, Auditing & EMS, Ethical Investment, Carbon Management, Workers Right, Sustainable Food, Engagement, Education, Energy Sources, Waste & Recycling, Carbon Reduction, and Water Reduction.

The 2016 University League Table was published recently and the University of Westminster was ranked in the 49th position against the 99th position in 2015. This significant progress substantiates the University’s commitment to operate in an environmentally sustainable and socially responsible manner.

Based on the results, the University can now revise some strategic areas and key performance indicators to maintain a continual improvement that reflects our respect towards the environment, society, and our stakeholders.
