Walk the Walk came into being 1996 when just 13 women Power Walked the New York City Marathon in their bras to raise money and awareness for breast cancer. What started out as a one-off fundraising event, has blossomed into a thriving multi-million pound charity, raising to date in excess of £100 million for vital breast cancer causes.

Walk the Walk is looking for dedicates, amazing volunteers to support them at The MoonWalk London – 15,000 women and men walking either a full or half marathon in their fantastically decorated bras, raising money and awareness for breast cancer…quite a sight to behold!!

Over 3,000 amazing Volunteers form the backbone of the Walk the Walk Team, providing support, encouragement and (most importantly) hugs to the Walkers during our iconic MoonWalk challenges. Whether you are new to us, an ex-walker or a seasoned member we would love you to join our incredible family!

The MoonWalk starts on Saturday 13th May and goes into Sunday 14th May. For the benefit of our Volunteers there are many different roles and tasks which we split into manageable chunks, depending on when we need you.

To register for this opportunity, please see our one-off opportunity volunteering calendar.

If you need support with any stage of the application process, please don’t hesitate to contact Volunteering Services at volunteering@westminster.ac.uk, or call Berekhet on 020 3506 6112.
