June has been a busy time for gardening at UoW! We’ve said goodbye to our wonderful gardener Tracey who helped us keep our veggies in shape and shared her knowledge in monthly workshops at each garden. Watch this space for details on upcoming workshops with Zoe, our new growing guru!

We’ve been busy as the bees that have been buzzing around our plots as we’ve started reaping the rewards of our hard work and harvesting some delicious herbs, veggies and salad greens at Harrow and Marylebone.

Elsewhere, we have beautifully sweet pea pods coming through in Marylebone, herbs going strong in Marylebone, Harrow and New Cavendish, and apples and cherries looking good in Chiswick. Keep an eye out for updates on future workshops to get involved in, or get in touch with the sustainability team at sustainability@westminster.ac.uk for more info!
