New Vegan Hospitality Menu

What Is The Single Biggest Way You Can Help The Planet?

Eating far less meat (and dairy) will help reduce your carbon footprint and protect the environment from other impacts of livestock.

The impact from our meat consumption mainly comes from deforestation to make way for livestock, along with methane emissions from cows and fertilizer use which creates as much greenhouse gas emissions as all the world’s cars, trucks and airplanes.

New Vegan Hospitality Offering

You can now cut down your meat and dairy consumption at the university events with Aramarks new Hospitality Menu. This has a range of new additions include breakfast pastries, lunchtime wraps and cakes for dessert.

The Library & Archive Team Held a the first plant based event at Westminster. Here is what they had to say about this new offering:

We had gluten & nut free options ensuring that the food was suitable for all diets, religious and ethical beliefs. It was important to us that the day was inclusive and we felt that was achieved.

It was great to be contributing to sustainability whilst at work

The food was really interesting and high quality and a lot of thought had gone into making it appealing to everyone, not just plant based eaters.

We want to extend a big thank you to Aramark team and in particular Baerbel for taking on the challenge of plant based diets, being willing to listen, take on feedback and producing such a great offering.
