Topic: Scientists have said that beef and lamb produce the most farm greenhouse gases and have argued that the number of sheep and cattle in the UK should be reduced to help combat climate change.

Both the University of Cambridge and Goldsmiths have taken steps to reduce their carbon emissions: they’ve take red meat off the menu. Join a lunchtime panel to debate whether City should follow suit and remove all beef and lamb from their menus.
