Along with Rahat Kulshreshtha, another University of Westminster graduate, Aaditi created an award winning short film on the Nepal earthquake that can be watched below:

Nepal Heroes has won Award of Merit: Women Filmmakers in the Best Shorts Film Competition, and international short film programme.

Aaditi writes:

“After the Nepal earthquake we had gone to Nepal to help with the relief and rescue efforts. It was incredible to witness 60+ countries unite for Nepal. Moved by the International support Nepal received, this tribute to those who helped and to inspire others to continue to do the same, was created.

Here are some more details and photographs from my time in Nepal.”

Earlier in the year, Aaditi also worked as a Concept and CG supervisor on a short animation for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. The film is called The Girl Who Kicked The Ball and was created to mark 40 years of successful efforts in vaccinations worldwide. Artists from all over the world were selected to interpret the subject in their own way, and this was the film sent from India where she worked with award-winning film-maker Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra.
