Sue explains. “Every year 1 in 5 girls are victims of sexual violence or abuse. We must all work together to break the cycle.”

She adds: “Pure gym are providing the bikes and the trainers for the event. They have been brilliant! The goal is to keep the bike going for 3 continuous hours. Participants can either go at it alone or as part of a team. Don’t be put off thinking spin is tough. You can cycle at a more leisurely pace.”

If you would like to join in, you can sign up at https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/break-the-cycle-spinathon-2017-tickets-31108565557.
