October is a busy month for the MBA events. I would like to cover some of the events that are soon coming up that would be an interest to all MBA students and some future students.

MBA Tuesday Club – a regular monthly event for our MBA Alumni and it starts this Tuesday 9 October.
Our first speaker Dan Sandhu, Director and Co-Founder of disruptive social media platform ‘Job in a second’, will talk about “From Start Ups to Corporates…..Entrepreneurs in a Rapidly Changing World.
Make sure that you register first and be at Fyvie Hall at 6pm for 6.30-8.30pm; refreshments will be served from 7.30pm
MBA Link: Entrepreneurship
This event is for MBAs interested in entrepreneurship, for those considering starting a business, in the process of starting a business or those wishing to bring entrepreneurial spirit and innovation into their organisations.
A panel of experienced entrepreneurs and investors will use their first-hand experience to give their advice on effectively growing successful businesses; the challenges and opportunities that entrepreneurship brings and how to bring entrepreneurship into a corporate environment. The panel will draw on their experiences of effectively growing and funding successful businesses and pass on some of the lessons learned along the way.
The panel session will be followed by an opportunity for guests to ask questions, engage with our speakers and network with fellow MBA students and graduates. This event is suitable for all MBAs, irrespective of their current experience of entrepreneurship or innovation.
