Reporting Your Overseas Activity

Dear Students,

If you are planning on undertaking an activity overseas which could be related to your academic curriculum and you have not notified the Outward Mobility Team yet, please do so (at least two weeks before you leave) by emailing the . This will enable you to register your activity onto HEAR and add it to your personal development and experience.

We would need the following info

  • Location (country & city)
  • Start date and end date of the activity abroad
  • Host organisation (name, person of contact) – if the case

Activities that can be reported to the Outward Mobility Team:

  • Summer Internships
  • Summer schools
  • Language schools abroad
  • Conferences related to your area of study




Activities which cannot be registered by the OMT:

  • Family holidays
  • Euro 2016 football matches
  • Stag-does, hen parties or pub crawls abroad



Module Change Request Form for Undergraduate Students

Dear Undergraduate Students

The online Module Change Request Form is now open for anyone who wishes to change their optional module. You have from today until 2nd September 2016 in which to complete the electronic form to make this request.


Please remember that this is a request to change optional modules only, and you have one opportunity to complete this form. Please consider your choices carefully as once you complete and submit the form, you will not be able to make any further changes.


Module changes will be made after the 2nd September 2016 so if your request has been successful you will see the module change on your SRS Profile after this date. If your request has not been successful for any reason then your modules will remain unchanged.
