REQUEST FOR EXCEPTIONAL LATE CHANGES TO MODULE REGISTRATION
Dear Undergraduate Students
Requests for exceptional late changes to modules are for students who have serious unforeseen and unpreventable circumstances that require a timetable change. The process should only be used if you experience significant, unforeseen changes to your domestic life, circumstances over which you had no control, which prompt a need to make a module and/or timetable change. As the Registry has already offered an opportunity to all students to make changes following the results published in June, having just missed the deadline or just wanting to change late will not be a suitable reason for submission of a claim, even if supported by evidence, or academic endorsement.
The form is now available via the below link, and must be signed by your course leader or his/her nominees before your student record will be updated. Approval is conditional upon there being no timetabling clashes, pre/co-requisite requirements being satisfied, and a place being available in the module. Any change to the total credit value of your student programme may alter your fee liability.
Please ensure that a valid reason is included on your form, and supporting documentation attached where appropriate.
The deadline for receipt of this form is 30 September 2016
