Dear PG Student

Congratulations on achieving entry to your postgraduate degree and a warm welcome to the University of Westminster.

Let me introduce you to the SSH Registry and what services we provide.

The Faculty Registry is at 32- 38 Wells Street where we have a friendly and professional counter service that provides students with advice on all aspects of University life. We have a dedicated team of Programme Administrators who are there to answer any questions you may have during your time at the University. You can contact us by email, telephone or in person all year round.

The Registry counter is open Term Time Outside Term Time
·         Monday – Thursday 10:30am to 6pm

 

·         Monday – Thursday 10:30am to 2:30pm

 

·         Friday – 10:30am to 2pm

 

·         Friday – 11am to 2pm

 

Email us on SSHregistry@westminster.ac.uk or visit us for any of the following

  • Enrolment
  • Council Tax Letters, Bank Letters other letter requests are now an online service
  • Module Registration, programme planning
  • Regulation Advice, SRSWeb (your student record) issues
  • Assessment queries, Exam timetables
  • Coursework submission procedures, hard copy coursework submission point (deadline 12noon)
  • Suspending / withdrawing advice
  • Mitigating Circumstances submission and advice introduction of online submission October 2016
  • Guidance on other University Services, we can direct you to where to go to seek Counselling, Disability Services and Student Finance Issues

Self-service letters available:

Confirmation of Enrolment

Bank Letter

Council Tax Exemption Certificate

 If you need an official letter from the University of Westminster, please follow the steps below:

  • Make sure you are fully enrolled on your course.
  • Visit your e:Vision Portal at http://srs21live.wmin.ac.uk and go to the Registry Services menu
  • Click Students Letters – self service
  • Provide the required addressee information for the letter your require
  • Click Generate new letter
  • Once generated, click the link to download in a pdf format. You can now print your letter
  • If you require an official University stamp, please bring the printed letter to your Faculty Registry
  • If you require additional information to be provided in your letter, follow the instructions under the Other Letter option to contact your Faculty Registry
