2017 NUE AWARDS: Shortlist Revealed

Once again this year, Westminster made it to the short list for the National Undergraduate Employability Awards under the category of Best University Careers/Employability Service. Check out the competition here. We are absolutely thrilled to be finalists for the second year running and looking forward to the awards ceremony in February.

NEW BOOKING TIMES

From the start of this term, daily Quick Query appointments will be opened up for booking from 12pm the day before. This is to ensure that students are able to plan a bit more in advance.

We are also trialing a few early bird and later appointments which are also currently available from 12pm the previous day.

For students who have not yet been to see a Careers Consultant, we have also introduced some Careers Information sessions being run by our Careers and Employability Assistants. These are designed to allow students to have a basic CV check, Talent Bank application check or for careers information and are useful for students new to our services to prepare them for a longer appointment with a Careers Consultant.

Students can book an appointment with a Careers Consultant for in-depth careers advice and guidance, mock interviews, CVs and application form checks.

We also have appointments available for placement preparation and advice, conducted by our Placements Teams in each faculty.
