This supplementary planning guidance (OLSPG) is a key document to help create a new part of London built around the Lea Valley’s unique network of waterways and open spaces that link the Thames to Hertfordshire and Essex. It will consist of new and existing neighbourhoods that embrace the OLSPG area’s rich cultural diversity. This will be in contrast to much recent apartment-dominated development and help establish lifetime neighbourhoods where people will choose to live, settle and raise families.
