Thursday 9am - 5pm
Friday 9am - 5pm

Closed for lunch 12pm - 1pm each day

Closed all day Saturday and Sunday and bank holidays

Community Infrastructure Levy and Planning Obligations

In April 2015 restrictions will come into place on the pooling of planning obligations. For the latest advice the Planning Advisory Service has created a series of six documents which it strongly suggest you read if you’re involved with Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and developer contributions.
