It brought together leading academics,&nbsp;policymakers, and industrialist to debate the role of cities in development, addressing climate change impacts and accelerating our transition to net-zero carbon. Over the course of three days, there were&nbsp;11 keynotes,&nbsp;49 oral presentations&nbsp;and&nbsp;9 posters&nbsp;by delegates from 38 organisations from 19 countries. The themes of ICEC2021, facilitated debate in the most pressing areas facing cities.
