It is where academic learning meets real\u2011world practice \u2013 and where organisations can connect with future talent, share expertise and collaborate on live challenges.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A professional space built for collaboration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Zone29 is not a traditional teaching building. It has been designed as a modern, business\u2011facing space that supports collaboration, innovation and meaningful exchange.<\/p>\n<p>Facilities include flexible rooms for workshops, talks, panel discussions, group project work, exhibitions and networking events, alongside digital facilities such as podcast studios (opening soon). The space is well suited to employer\u2011led activity, knowledge exchange and co\u2011creation with students and staff.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How employers and partners can engage<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Zone29 provides a range of opportunities for organisations to engage, depending on business priorities and capacity. Partners may choose to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Share sector insight through talks or panel discussions<\/li>\n<li>Host or support skills\u2011focused workshops or short programmes<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to mentoring activity with students and graduates<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate on live briefs, challenges, hackathons or consultancy\u2011style projects<\/li>\n<li>Engage with other employers, alumni and University colleagues through networking events<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We particularly welcome engagement from organisations across the private, public and third sectors, including SMEs, charities and community organisations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Supporting work\u2011ready graduates and future talent<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Through Zone29, employers play a key role in helping students and graduates build confidence, professional skills and real\u2011world experience alongside their studies.
