DEN provides in-house training to enhance graduate employability. DEN and its partners provide \u2018graduates\u2019 experiences in a real situation, interning and mentoring by developing students\u2019 skills. DEN is integrated into two modules: \u2018Political Research and Practice\u2019 and \u2018Democratic Engagement in an International Context\u2019. The latter is a new module based on DEN and delivered to the students at the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. <\/span><\/font>DEN supports students with their basic employment skills such as creating a digital profile, writing skills and placement opportunities. <\/span>Since 2020 DEN has provided academic credits for those students who take an internship, managing, running, and delivering projects. Students are mentored by alumni and academics both at the university and online. <\/span>\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Identifying Opportunities<\/h3>

If necessary DEN works with students and local partners to identify appropriate internship or even first employment. Alumni, academics, students, and partners work cooperatively to ensure students are going through the process of mentoring and internship.<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Democratic Skills<\/h3>

DEN provides students with a distinct and a clear pathway for acquiring employment-enhancing Democratic Skills. Tailored Workshops<\/h3>
