By implementing a model of student\/staff collaboration based on mutual support and the sharing of responsibilities, DEN has, as its main aim, releasing students\u2019 enthusiasm and creativity to facilitate their engagement with their community, ensuring that they feel supported and inspired to realise their potential and develop their skills.<\/h5>
DEN aims to be a platform that builds on the diversity of students of the University of Westminster to further encourage democratic engagement through a collective approach to their education, helping students to recognise and communicate their own achievements through collaborative working

DEN approaches the relationship between students and staff as one of facilitation, collaboration and co-creation. Members of staff act as facilitators of the building of student communities that remain mutually supportive, pursuing their own goals as well as reaching out to common objectives.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
