The 2025 Democratic Education Summer School will return for its second edition at the University of Westminster, bringing together a dynamic cohort of over 25 students from 4 countries. The programme will explore how democratic values can reshape education, empower student voices, and confront global inequalities. Through a series of interactive sessions, participants will engage with key themes such as democratic pedagogies, migration and belonging, student agency, and the impact of media and misinformation on democratic societies. Learning will extend beyond the classroom, including a visit to the UK Parliament with a Q&A session hosted by a former MP, a walking seminar through East London to examine migration and gentrification, and a museum-based workshop at the British Museum exploring colonial legacies. Working in diverse teams, students will co-design practical projects that respond to real-world educational challenges, developing leadership, critical thinking, and cross-cultural collaboration along the way.<\/h6>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
