The Peer Mentoring program aims to foster support among students, creating trust and strong relationships within the department. Year 2 and 3 students are involved in mentoring new students, which helps them develop crucial communication, leadership, and management skills for their future careers. We introduced the program during Open Day and Applicant Day and later expanded it to include partnerships with communities like City and Islington College (CIC) to work with BTEC students. Our undergraduate students visited CIC multiple times to support BTEC students using their own experiences in making the transition to university. Additionally, we created a video series during the COVID-19 pandemic to provide support to students on various academic issues, from studying and managing academic life to employment after graduation.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
