The Enact Pathfinders Programme forms part of our co-design approach to establishing Enact – giving practice researchers and your teams the opportunity to share your knowledge of creative practice research and proactively contribute to the development of Enact.<\/h3>\n

This will include:
– Bringing knowledge and\/or experience of creating, collecting and\/or sharing creative practice research.
– Bringing academic practice researchers and experts who work with practice researchers to help share their research process\/outputs\/data – which could include (but is not limited to) repositories, research data, curation, metadata, licensing, intellectual property, copyright, research management, impact.
– Getting early access to the Enact Repository and providing feedback to inform its development.
– Contributing to the creation of Enact documentation.
– Contributing to other parts of the programme such as the development of a skills and training programme.<\/p>\n

There are three types of Pathfinder: Pilot, Early Adopter, and Challenger.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Early Adopter Pathfinders will make a major contribution to Enact between May-August 2026 as such involve a commitment for members of your team to actively contribute to a number of sessions during this time. These sessions will take place online between 3pm and 5.30pm.<\/h4>\n

This will give you the opportunity to:
– Bring a research project that has significant amounts of extant materials which include shareable assets.
– Provide access to at least some of those who contributed to the research project (academic and associated experts).
– Contribute to the review of the PR Voices metadata schema that underpins the Enact Repository.
– Contribute to the initial build of the Enact: Core Repository.
– Input into plans for skills development and training.<\/p>\n

You and your team will have the opportunity to continue to contribute as mutually agreed on an ongoing basis for the remainder of the project after this time.<\/p>\n
