This page is the central space for everything related to Strand 2. All key information, activities, updates and resources related to the visit will be posted here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This three-day professional exchange at the University of Westminster provides AELLCA participants with an opportunity to explore teaching and learning practices, inclusive education, assessment, educational innovation, professional development and institutional approaches to sustaining good practice. The visit combines presentations, teaching observations, practitioner showcases, professional dialogue, reflection and networking. Most importantly, it is an opportunity to learn from colleagues, share experiences and identify practices that may be relevant and adaptable to your own institutional context.<br><br>If you are interested in taking part in the 3-day training programme at the University of Westminster on 3-5 November 2026, please submit an Expression of Interest. Your statement should be clear, focused and specific, demonstrating your previous experience in educational leadership, motivation to develop, and how you plan to share your learning with others. Please provide a brief narrative of no more than 500 words addressing the following key areas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Background, teaching experience and CPD<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Provide a brief overview of your teaching experience and continuing professional development to date. Highlight relevant teaching responsibilities, professional development activities, training, or initiatives that have contributed to your development as an educator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Motivation for participation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Explain your motivation for taking part in the training. You may highlight the areas you are interested in developing, what you hope to learn from the training, and how the experience will support your academic or professional development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sharing learning and wider impact<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Describe how you plan to share and apply your learning after the training.
