How it works
Each event will have two sessions, one for each Doctoral Researcher. Each Doctoral Researcher will have 15-20 minutes in which to present their research with the remaining time then used for a Q&A session chaired by the Doctoral Researcher from the second session.
The format will look something like this:
Researcher 1 Presents – Researcher 2 hosts the Q&A
BREAK
Researcher 2 Presents – Researcher 1 hosts the Q&A
In accordance with the festival theme of ‘Look up and Look Beyond’ pairings have been made between researchers in different schools, the idea being that as researchers we can all learn by looking beyond our immediate fields – whether that be method, sources or just changing the way we think based on an unexpected question.
