There has never been greater need for responsible , informed and thoughtful leadership in the world and the IRL play an important role in its delivery. Our Institute for healthy Urban Living wishes to demonstrate responsible leadership as we work with our colleagues and external stakeholder friends&#8221;\u00a0 Professor Mike Saks, Chair of the IRL commented &#8220;We are delighted that Professor Noble will now be engaged with us as an honoured Fellow.
