London has its beauty in every season. After the cold winter with festive lights, London welcomes spring with thousands of flowers blooming, manifesting the beauty of the capital of the UK. This time of the year is ideal as all favourable conditions, ranging from nature to facilities, are created to enhance our experiences with good memories in London.<\/em><\/p>\n\n

\"Spring<\/figure>\n\n

Weather<\/h2>\n\n

It is warmer now and over 10\u00b0C in the afternoon, so we can go outside without the need of wearing thick clothes. Besides, the day is longer, which is suitable for outdoor activities and gives you more time to explore all the corners of the city. It\u2019s hard to believe that the sun sets at 8:00 p.m, which is completely different from my hometown where it becomes dark at 6:30 p.m. However, remember to double-check the weather forecast before you set on any trip, as no-one wants to get a cold after an exciting day. The reason is that it\u2019s normal to get caught in a drizzle in 10 minutes and, then the sun shines brightly again.<\/p>\n\n

Travel<\/h2>\n\n

The tube system in London is well-developed, which facilitates travel to different spots within a short time. However, if you are a frequent traveller, it may cost you a lot. As a student at the University, you can apply for a student oyster card, which can be merged with a rail card. By doing that, you can get a discount for off-peak travel.<\/p>\n\n

Activities<\/h2>\n\n

People tend to spend their days at London’s landmarks, but I prefer to enjoy the flowers in the parks, so I can truly admire the taste of the spring. London is famous for its various parks, which we can easily access free of charge. When we stroll in the park, spring breezes blow gently with the fragrance of flowers in the atmosphere, and all the hustle and bustle of the city is gone. It is such a peaceful corner in the heart of London where we can find our inner soul, interact with nature and enjoy every moment of life.<\/p>\n\n

There are many different public parks where you can see the vibrance of the spring in London, but they are pretty crowded at the weekends. Therefore, it’s a good idea to visit them on weekdays. You don’t need to visit well-known parks, such as Regent’s Park or Greenwich Park, because other less popular ones are also beautiful and less crowded.<\/p>\n\n

Just sit under the tree and read your favourite book, you will feel comfortable and see how beautiful our life is. The interesting thing is that, despite the fast pace of living in London, you can encounter the slow moments of families having picnics with their kids. Besides, if you are stressed with your assignments and need to relax, you can lie on the grass and enjoy the sunshine. Every worry will disappear in the blink of an eye.<\/p>\n\n

Saving memories<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

To save our memories, hanging out with friends and enjoying the walk together is great. It is highly recommended that you have a good camera with you as you can take great photos of each corner of the park. If you haven’t got one, you can easily borrow one as a student at the University of Westminster. With a few clicks, you can have a digital camera to record every moment of the trip. In case you still need to learn some skills, you can access the Photography Society where great tips are shared.<\/p>\n\n
