Harrow has been classed as the ‘safest borough’ within London. Although, there has been an increase in crime in the last three years, especially in regards to anti-social behaviour.
The growth of crime within Harrow and the surrounding districts has meant that more police patrols have been put in place. Different procedures have been actioned to tackle crime within Harrow since the rise from 2013 onwards.
Local councillor for Edgware ward, Chika Amadi, has been working to reduce the level of crime within the district and she explains to Rhys Gunter as to how crime is being tackled.

Honey Pot Children’s Charity works to enhance the lives of young carers and vulnerable children by providing them with respite breaks and support.
Nicky West, the community fundraising manager and Clara Rivero who is the corporate partnerships manager for the charity, both chat about how the charity provides children with memorable experiences, how they work as a team and the difficulties they sometimes face as a charity.
