There has been a lot of controversy surrounding whether or not social media influencers can claim to be celebrities and debating their right to request free merchandise, such as iPads and makeup. This comes after blogger, Elle Darby, was publicly refused a free stay at a hotel in Dublin in exchange for promotion and publicity. Reporter Chloe Williams went out to ask members of the public their views.
