Production Week One<\/strong><\/p>\n

Last week, we had two group meetings took place in Monday and Friday. On Monday, we finalised our station name and came up with some advertising categories. Also, specific works are assigned to different roles. On Friday, we discussed about advertising in detail. First, 24 \u2013 38 male predominantly youngish adult is our target audience\/client. Also, we decided on which particular brand\/product that we want to promote, such as Bose speaker. Followed up by dividing 15 ads into 2 sections for two ads members.<\/p>\n

Production Week Two<\/strong><\/p>\n

This week, I spent more time on writing the scripts for ads. I watched some adverting campaigns on Youtube, such as Red Bull, Bose Sound Speaker. Also, I\u00a0listened to various video ads from either Angell Sound<\/a> or Ad finer<\/a>. Moreover, I searched the information of each product and company that we would like to promote to write more reliable and creative scripts. So far, I worked out 6 of 7 \u00a0ads, there is only one remaining completed \u00a0. Here is the scripts for now, there might be changes in the future after group meeting.<\/p>\n

Additionally, I will add the requirements about gender\/age\/tone\/ for ads on doc. Then, our group and me could find suitable VOs for our ads and we could enter the production part of our ads next week.<\/p>\n

Production Week Three<\/strong><\/p>\n

This week, my ads scripts were reviewed by tutor at the class. Also, I started to sent out emails to voiceover artists in\u00a0http:\/\/www.voiceovers.co.uk to see if they could do some free voiceovers for our ads. Then, I could finally begin to produce the ads for the shows. However, unfortunately, I didn’t get any replies at the moment. I will try to talk with my group members and solve this out. Hopefully, I could make at least 3 – 4 ads before the pilot show of this Thursday.<\/p>\n

Pilot Week<\/strong><\/p>\n

This week, I basically sorted out all the VOs problem. There remains two VOs to be found. Also, I finished the production of 5 adverts. Only 2 needs to be finished. Hope I could finish the production of the other two ads before Weds, which is our final run through of the show.<\/p>\n

On Air Week<\/strong><\/p>\n

This week, I finished the production of all the ads, which is a big challenge for me as I never asked professional people to help. The creative brief is also completed. I did not hear the ad block 3 from our music show, I am nor sure whether they did not play it or I missed it. The SFX for BOSE speaker need to be louder, however I forgot to save the file, I am not able to \u00a0volume them up before the show. Also, the VOs for Virgin Train is not what I expected before.
