However recent changes to its rules and regulations mean that creators with less than 1,000 subscribers can no longer be payed for the content that they have made. This comes after the recent incident with creator \u2018Logan Paul\u2019 after he filmed a dead body in Japan\u2019s famous suicide Forest.
