Women’s football is currently on the rise, for years the men’s game has been the forefront in terms of popularity and money but over the years women are making their mark. The average Premier League footballer earns around fifty thousand pounds a week which women would need to work two years for.<\/p>\n

This story explores the men and women who try and make the women’s game better from the lower leagues all the way up to people behind the scenes at top football clubs.<\/p>\n

Women’s football is on the rise, but it still isn’t easy. Female footballers are still faced with many challenges and obstacles to overcome. Such as working two jobs and not getting equal opportunities. Ryan Brannigan went out to try and find the people who are improving the women’s game!<\/p>\n
