Production Week: 26\/10\/18\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

So far for our project we’ve been put into our groups and have discussed the format of our show. With some discussion we all agreed to do Rock’ N Roll for Gold Radio.<\/p>\n

We then decided upon each of the roles we wanted to do, i decided i wanted to work on the adverts and become the studio producer. We all agreed to chip in between the adverts and the production for the show because these are both really big jobs that need to be done.<\/p>\n

We’ve now made a start on the production and have done some practice demos of the production with Proffidential who’s our digital presenter and is going to be presenting the starting menu for the show.<\/p>\n

I’m hoping to start creating some content next week with our presenter so we can then put a proper schedule together with the production and adverts included.<\/p>\n

We’re also hoping to create the clock as part of next weeks tasks…<\/p>\n

Production week: 09\/11\/18<\/strong><\/p>\n

This week we’ve made a fair amount of progress with our project. To start with our news reader has got together some news stories we could potentially use and drafted them up. Our editor has also created a running order.<\/p>\n

Myself and the editor went for a meeting with our voiceover artist who’s going to record the voiceovers for our adverts so i shall be working strictly with him on these, as I’m in charge of the adverts. I’ve also almost finished creating a script for the 15 adverts we plan to make and once that’s finished I’m going to send the scripts through to our voiceover artist so he can record them. I’m planning to have the majority of these created by next week!<\/p>\n

Production week: 23.11.18<\/strong><\/p>\n

This weeks been pretty busy in terms of production, I’ve finished my part of the ad’s and everyone else has agreed to produce an advert. We also had our first practice run through which went really we thought as a group. Our main pointers now as a group is just uploading the whole playlist onto Myriad, also just adjusting some of my ad’s such as the Coldplay AD I produced needs to be more clearer that it’s a documentary etc. I’ve also now added 10 Rock N Roll beds were going to use for the show too. As for next week we just need to make sure everyone’s completed an ad and the script\/running orders up to date etc.<\/p>\n

Final Production Week: 30.11\/18\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

This week has defiantly been the most hectic in terms of getting final pieces done, we’ve had a few extra adverts added and we finished the final clock for the show which made the whole thing run a lot more smoothly. I made some changes to the running order with the songs we used. and uploaded all the ad’s etc, onto myriad which then myself and Claire added into the clock.\u00a0 The final show overall went really I thought. I was mostly driving the desk for Claire in terms of getting tracks cued up and playing the songs after her links. I feel that we worked really well together and although there were a few mistakes, we coped with them\u00a0 really well.<\/p>\n
