A suspicious package has been found in East London. Police carried out a controlled explosion.<\/h3>\n

Witnesses reports said to VoL that it seems that a suspicious package was found next to Iceland in Bethnal Green Road.<\/p>\n

“I was on my way to the doctor when the police started to come”, said Andy. “No one knows what is happening…”<\/p>\n

Witnesses at the\u00a0scene say that it might be a ‘bomb scare’. People are not allowed to get out of their houses or access the road.<\/p>\n

It is believed a controlled explosion has been carried out in Bethnal Green Road to destroy the package.<\/p>\n
