Police has arrested a suspected gunman after a four-hour armed siege at a bowling alley in Nuneaton.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Warwickshire police officers were called to scene at approximately 14:30 BST due to reports of an armed man who had taken two staff members hostage at MFA Bowl in Bermuda Park.<\/p>\n

A man was arrested after a \u201dseries of loud bangs” were heard at around 18:30 BST.<\/p>\n

The suspect was treated at the scene, while two other men managed to escape uninjured, West Midlands Ambulance Service told the BBC.<\/p>\n

MFA Bowl chief executive Mehdi Amshar told the BBC: “I understand the latest news is that the police have stormed the building and the gunman has been captured and taken away.”<\/p>\n

Mr. Amshar told the BBC that the gunman was an acquaintance to one of his staff.<\/p>\n
