Lovebox are delighted to welcome\u00a0<b>Childish Gambino\u00a0<\/b>to the Lovebox Main Stage. Childish \u2013 AKA Donald Glover \u2013 is the definition of multi-talented, juggling the roles of rapper, singer, songwriter, producer, actor, comedian and director with ease. He began releasing mixtapes in 2008, as his career as a TV writer and actor took off. In 2011, debut album\u00a0<i>Camp<\/i>\u00a0garnered critical acclaim and was succeeded by his sophomore release\u00a0<i>Because The Internet<\/i>, which secured his reputation as one of the most charismatic figures in hip hop. However it has been the monumental success \u2013 both critically and commercially \u2013 of his most recent album, the soul-tinged, funk-leaning\u00a0<i>Awaken, My Love!<\/i>\u00a0which has seen Gambino ascend to even greater heights, securing a whopping five Grammy nominations, going on to win the gong Best Traditional R&amp;B Performance for the omnipresent standout track Redbone.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Friday\u2019s\u00a0headliner\u00a0<b>Skepta<\/b>\u00a0is one of UK music\u2019s most prominent figures, and a trailblazer of the grime scene. His early days in the Meridian Crew and Roll Deep and as a founder member of Boy Better Know established him as one of grime\u2019s key players. In 2014 his single\u00a0<i>\u2018That\u2019s Not Me\u2019<\/i>, featuring brother and fellow BBK member JME became a breakout hit, laying the foundations for a slew of massive singles and eventually his critically-acclaimed fourth album\u00a0<i>Konnichiwa<\/i>, which won the 2016 Mercury Music prize. Skepta is often deservedly credited for his role in the resurgence of grime, and re-energising the genre. He returns to headline the Lovebox Main Stage after an unforgettable performance in 2015.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The energy continues throughout the billing. Lovebox are thrilled to have the enigmatic, genre-hopping experimentalists\u00a0<b>N.E.R.D\u00a0<\/b>\u2013 AKA Pharrell Williams, Chad Hugo and Shae Haley, take to the stage to co-headline the\u00a0Saturday\u00a0in the wake of their explosive comeback. Their first album since 2010, No One Ever Really Dies featured one of the best tracks of 2017,\u00a0<i>\u2018Lemon\u2019<\/i>, with Rihanna.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>SZA<\/b>\u00a0had an incredible 2017. Her debut album\u00a0<i>Ctrl<\/i>\u00a0was a breakout moment for the TDE-signed R&amp;B star, garnering critical acclaim and securing four Grammy nominations. We\u2019re thrilled to have her at Gunnersbury.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Two of our favourite DJs will return to Lovebox. Anything super-producer\u00a0<b>Diplo<\/b>\u00a0touches turns to gold, and his energetic sets only serve to reflect his impressive back catalogue. Meanwhile, Lovebox friend and favourite<b>Annie Mac<\/b>\u00a0will be coming along for the ride to Gunnersbury Park for her annual slaying of the Main Stage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">There\u2019s the extraordinarily talented rapper\/singer-songwriter\u00a0<b>Anderson .Paak<\/b>\u00a0(alongside his equally gifted band<b>The Free Nationals<\/b>) who has quickly become one of the biggest, sought-after names in hip hop and R&amp;B, as well as Long Beach rapper\u00a0<b>Vince Staples<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 one of the most vital and recognizable voices in hip hop.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Rising electronic star\u00a0<b>Mura Masa<\/b>\u00a0makes his Lovebox debut. His collaborations with A$AP Rocky and Charli XCX won over hearts and dancefloors in 2017. His debut self-titled album was one of our favourites last year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Elsewhere, there\u2019s NY rapper\u00a0<b>Action Bronson<\/b>, who brings his infamously riotous live show back to Lovebox, and<b>The Internet<\/b>, key figures in the neo-soul resurgence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Big Boi<\/b>\u00a0is an artist that needs no introduction. As one-half of legendary Atlanta rap duo OutKast he helped redefine hip hop as we knew it. As a solo artist, he\u2019s given us four albums which saw him branching out and experiment with electronic music.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Elsewhere there\u2019s\u00a0<b>DAVE<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 the UK MC whose assured confidence and lyrics that belie his 19 years, and bloggers turned producers\u00a0<b>Bicep<\/b>, performing their acclaimed live show.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Two newcomers from different sides of the pond will be hitting Lovebox for the first time. Birmingham-born R&amp;B star\u00a0<b>Jacob Banks<\/b>\u00a0brings his signature soul to Gunnersbury, as will\u00a0<b>Kali Uchis<\/b>, the fast-rising Colombian-American singer who has collaborated with Tyler, The Creator and Jorja Smith.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Some of the biggest names in dance will be at Lovebox, from celebrated producer\u00a0<b>Jon Hopkins<\/b>\u00a0<b>(DJ)<\/b>\u00a0to the legendary\u00a0<b>Loco Dice<\/b>\u00a0via unconventional house hero\u00a0<b>Green Velvet<\/b>. Lovebox favourite\u00a0<b>Jackmaster<\/b>\u00a0will be bringing<b>Jackmaster &amp; Numbers Present Mastermix<\/b>\u00a0to the Park \u2013 his epic sets are always a highlight.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Kerri Chandler &amp; Jeremy Underground, will be combining their talents for an extra special B2B set:\u00a0<b>Underground Kaoz: Kerri Chandler &amp; Jeremy Underground<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 not to be missed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">German house staple\u00a0<b>Motor City Drum Ensemble<\/b>\u00a0will also be appearing. He\u2019s had a massive few years thanks to his simultaneously retro and futuristic take on house, and we\u2019re delighted to have him in the Park. Another experimental figure,\u00a0<b>Floorplan<\/b>\u00a0AKA Robert Hood, will also be joining us at Gunnersbury Park, as will drum and bass pioneer\u00a0<b>Shy FX\u00a0<\/b>and his stage<b>\u00a0Shy FX Presents CULT.URE<\/b>, plus house and techno duo\u00a0<b>Solardo<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Some of the coolest names in electronic music will be making their Lovebox debuts. We\u2019re thrilled to welcome<b>Denis Sulta<\/b>\u00a0(dubbed as house music\u2019s \u201cnext big thing\u201d by Resident Advisor), Australian producer\u00a0<b>Mall Grab<\/b>, Berlin-based newcomer\u00a0<b>Peggy Gou<\/b>, Radio 1\u2019s\u00a0<b>B.Traits<\/b>, UK production duo\u00a0<b>CamelPhat\u00a0<\/b>and Warehouse Music\u2019s<b>Mella Dee<\/b>\u00a0to Gunnersbury Park. All unique in their own way, but every single one is breaking through and hotly tipped as dance music\u2019s next big thing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">There\u2019s a slew of much-hyped names from the US in the form of rapper, producer and Grammy nominee\u00a0<b>Belly<\/b>, rapper-songwriter\u00a0<b>blackbear<\/b>, and mysterious newcomer\u00a0<b>Black Party<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">That\u2019s not all\u2026 prolific Norwegian DJ\/producer\u00a0<b>Cashmere Cat<\/b>, the all-conquering\u00a0<b>Tensnake<\/b>, party-starters\u00a0<b>Mike Skinner<\/b>\u00a0&amp;\u00a0<b>Murkage Present Tonga<\/b>, NTS staple\u00a0<b>Moxie<\/b>\u00a0will all be appearing at Lovebox.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Shining R&amp;B star\u00a0<b>Mabel<\/b>\u00a0is introducing soul to a new generation. Breakout hit\u00a0<i>\u2018Finders Keepers\u2019<\/i>\u00a0with Kojo Funds has racked up 27 million views on YouTube, and it looks to be just the start of Mabel\u2019s grip on UK R&amp;B.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Two artists putting French music on the map cross the channel to Gunnersbury Park.\u00a0<b>MHD<\/b>\u2019s take on Afro Trap has spread like wildfire through his native France and is on course to go global, whilst duo\u00a0<b>The Blaze<\/b>\u2019s melodic blend of house and dub \u2013 and stunning visuals \u2013 have seen them lauded by Rolling Stone and The FADER.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>CASISDEAD<\/b>\u00a0is a UK MC doing things differently. The mask-wearing Tottenham MC is a fixture on the grime scene, although his identity is largely unknown. There\u2019s even more UK underground talent in the form of Dublin\u2019s\u00a0<b>Krystal Klear<\/b>, a B2B set from\u00a0<b>DJ Zinc\u00a0<\/b>and<b>\u00a0Special Request<\/b>, influential MC\u00a0<b>D Double E<\/b>, bassline hero\u00a0<b>DJ Q<\/b>, grime producer\u00a0<b>Preditah<\/b>, South London rapper\u00a0<b>Ms Banks<\/b>, 1Xtra\u2019s\u00a0<b>Jamz Supernova\u00a0<\/b>alongside her MC<b>\u00a0Stush<\/b>, east London rap super-producer\u00a0<b>Steel Banglez<\/b>, a takeover from cult audio-visual crew\u00a0<b>Just Jam<\/b>\u00a0and appearances from grime ambassador\u00a0<b>Sian Anderson<\/b>\u00a0and UKG\/Jungle double act\u00a0<b>Star.One<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Audio-visual crew Just Jam\u2019s takeover will also feature the finest of UK talent, with a line-up of up-and-coming MCs and DJs, including\u00a0<b>Skrapz<\/b>,\u00a0<b>Suspect, K Trap<\/b>,\u00a0<b>M Huncho<\/b>,\u00a0<b>Big Zuu<\/b>,\u00a0<b>Mowgli<\/b>,\u00a0<b>Amy Becker<\/b>,\u00a0<b>Kenny Allstar\u00a0<\/b>and\u00a0<b>Tim &amp; Barry<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Finally, there\u2019s some of the finest DJs in the UK in the form of\u00a0<b>Andrew Hill<\/b>,\u00a0<b>Saoirse<\/b>,\u00a0<b>Jane Fitz<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0<b>Cici<\/b>.
