From the 18th of October to the 13th of November nine giant magic<\/b> <b>wands will illuminate the way to Saint Paul&#8217;s Cathedral from<\/b> <b>Millennium Bridge.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-23167\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.westminster.ac.uk\/thevoiceoflondon\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/64\/2018\/10\/image2-517x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"517\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Photo by Kiara Vigo<\/p>\n<p>The goal of the magic installation is to honour the launch of the new movie Fantastic beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald and give visibility to J.K Rowling\u2019s charity Lumos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-23168\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.westminster.ac.uk\/thevoiceoflondon\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/64\/2018\/10\/image4-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"740\" height=\"555\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Photo by Kiara Vigo<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The wands are massive, measuring fifteen feet tall, and light up Saint Peter\u2019s Hill at 6:45 pm every evening. They belong to characters in both Harry Potter and Fantastic Beast movies.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Don\u2019t miss out the short light and music display happening every 30 minutes until the end of the attraction at 10:45pm.\u00a0For the true enchanters, everything is planned, you can take part in activities during <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fantasticbeasts.co.uk\/wizardingwednesdays\/\">Wizarding Wednesdays<\/a> Listen to talks on wands and\u00c2\u00a0assist\u00c2\u00a0the military marching band as they perform music from the movie and more.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Lumos is aiming to end the institutionalisation of children worldwide.
