Celebrating the failure of Guy Fawkes attempt to blow up King James I and his government on 5th of November 1605. Now the people around the UK celebrating this day in a very beautiful and entertaining way. Bonfire has turned into a night of fun, offering attractions for old and young, in different themes and some delicious food to nibble on.<\/p>\n<p>This list has some an unusual twist, instead of only offering a bonfire display, it offers places with an unbeatable view of the fireworks and other great displays around London.<\/p>\n<p>1. Arcelor Mittal Orbit<\/p>\n<p>Olympic Park offers a stunning look at the fireworks taking place around London, with a view for 20 miles and a nice bar on the site to grab a drink or two.<\/p>\n<p>When: November 3rd<\/p>\n<p>Tickets: \u00a316.50 (kids \u00a310.50)<\/p>\n<p>Times: 7pm to 10pm<\/p>\n<p>Booking and details: arcelormittalorbit.com<\/p>\n<p>Address: Olympic Park, Stratford, E20 2ST<\/p>\n<p>2. Alexandra Palace<\/p>\n<p>Offering a spectacular firework display, with street food and a German beer festival. What better way to enjoy the fireworks than with yummy food, well how about indoor disco, ice skating rink and the famous DJ Norman Jay.<\/p>\n<p>When: November 2nd-3rd<br \/>\nTickets: \u00a312 for adults, \u00a39.50 for 11-15 years and \u00a31 for kids age 10 or under.<\/p>\n<p>Times: Fireworks at 9pm (Friday), 8pm (Saturday). There&#8217;s a laser show both evenings, half an hour before the fireworks start.<\/p>\n<p>Booking and details: fireworks.london<\/p>\n<p>Address: Alexandra Palace, N22 7AY<\/p>\n<p>3.Battersea Park<\/p>\n<p>This is of the most famous displays in London, so keep in mind that it will be extremely busy. However the show is spectacular and worth the wait. After that you can enjoy a good drink or meal at one of the restaurants near the riverside.<br \/>\nWhen: November 3rd<\/p>\n<p>Tickets: Usually sell out in advance, so it&#8217;s best to book online. They cost \u00a310 (plus a \u00a31 booking fee), or free for children under 10.<\/p>\n<p>Times: Gates open from 6pm and the bonfire will be lit at 7.30pm. Barnes<\/p>\n<p>Barnes offers a more traditional celebration, with games plenty of yummy food mulled wine and a fun disco party afterwards<\/p>\n<p>When: November 3rd<\/p>\n<p>Tickets: Adult ticket \u00a310, Child ticket \u00a35, Family ticket \u00a325<\/p>\n<p>Times: Gates open at 5.30 pm with fireworks at 7.45 pm.<\/p>\n<p>Booking and details: barnessportsclub.org<\/p>\n<p>Address: The Club House, Lonsdale Road, Barnes, SW13 9Q<\/p>\n<p>5. Bishops Park Fireworks<\/p>\n<p>Bonfires can also be romantic. This year the theme is hearths so during the display there will be everyone\u2019s all-time favourite love songs.<br \/>\nWhen: November 2nd<\/p>\n<p>Tickets: \u00a38 (under-fives go free).<\/p>\n<p>Times: Gates open at 6pm. Blackheath<\/p>\n<p>This will be one of the shortest firework displays. However, the funfair will fill the nigh with excitement and amusement.<br \/>\nWhen: November 3rd<\/p>\n<p>Tickets: Free with no booking necessary (though donations are welcomed).<\/p>\n<p>Times: Entry from midday, fireworks at 8pm.<\/p>\n<p>Booking and details: lewisham.gov.uk<\/p>\n<p>Address: Shooters Hill Rd, SE3 0TY<\/p>\n<p>7. Chislehurst Fireworks<\/p>\n<p>Colourful display with dance performances from local schools.<br \/>\nWhen: November 3<\/p>\n<p>Tickets: In advance it&#8217;s \u00a39 for adults, \u00a34 for kids and \u00a320 for family ticket (two adults, three children). Dukes Meadows Golf &amp; Tennis Club<\/p>\n<p>This display offers two shows one is earlier for families with children and the second one gives the party vibes with a Bruce Springsteen tribute band.<\/p>\n<p>When: November 3rd<\/p>\n<p>Tickets: \u00a38.80 for adults and \u00a34.40 for kids under 16.<\/p>\n<p>Times: Doors open from 4.30pm with a short display at 6pm and the main event at 7.45pm.<\/p>\n<p>Booking and details: dukesmeadows.com<\/p>\n<p>Address: Dan Mason Drive, Chiswick W4 2SH<\/p>\n<p>10. Hackney<\/p>\n<p>Due to the nature of this event and the animals living in the park. Harrow<\/p>\n<p>This firework display will be in a Bollywood style dedicated to Diwali. With delicious Indian food and oriental dances.<br \/>\nWhen: November 3rd<\/p>\n<p>Tickets: On the gate, adult tickets cost \u00a38 and \u00a36 for kids, with children under three free. Tickets can be booked online for a reduced rate or simply arrive before 4pm when entry is free.<\/p>\n<p>Times: Entry from noon, fireworks at 7.45pm<\/p>\n<p>Booking and details: harrowfireworks.co.uk<\/p>\n<p>Address: Byron Park, Peel Road, HA3 7QX<\/p>\n<p>12. Kingston Fireworks<\/p>\n<p>Warm up with music from Radio Jackie and a funfair. Morden<\/p>\n<p>Here there will also be street food and a funfair.
