{"id":24596,"date":"2018-11-03T09:00:13","date_gmt":"2018-11-03T09:00:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thevoiceoflondon.co.uk\/?p=24596"},"modified":"2018-11-03T09:00:13","modified_gmt":"2018-11-03T09:00:13","slug":"reach-the-touchline-before-england-does","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.westminster.ac.uk\/thevoiceoflondon\/reach-the-touchline-before-england-does\/","title":{"rendered":"Reach the touchline before England does"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Fans travelling to Twickenham tomorrow for the England vs South Africa rugby match will be affected by the South Western Rail strikes. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Media and communications manager for SWR, David Murdoch, advised fans on how to make it to the match on time. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Fans are advised to plan travel in advance and allow extra time for journeys as services will be busier than usual.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Around half of SWR\u2019s normal Saturday services will run on the 3 November. Rail replacement services and ticket acceptance on other bus and rail networks have also been organised where possible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">There will be 12 South Western Railway trains per hour between Waterloo and Twickenham.
