Since then, the hype around the big day got Britons to \u201cdelay their purchases\u201d stated the Strategy and Insight Director at IMRG \u2013 Andy Mulcahy for Telegraph (https:\/\/www.telegraph.co.uk\/black-friday\/2018\/11\/18\/black-friday-2018-official-shopping-event-stores-will-have-best\/). The high-volume event is not only about discounts, but giving brands an opportunity to get insights on the customers\u2019 preferences and the dynamic of their shopping experience.<\/p>\n<p>Mulcahy also suggests that the customers should research in advance in order to get the best deal, particularly because most of the retailers announce their offers prior to Black Friday.
