Pop punks\u00a0<strong>Neck Deep, As It Is, Boston Manor, A Loss For Words, Grandson, Press to Meco, A Story Untold, Between You &amp; Me, SHVPES, Kublai Khan, Cruel Hand<\/strong>. As well as these exciting new additions,\u00a0<strong>Slam Dunk Festival<\/strong>\u00a0have also announced the programming of the legendary<strong>Acoustic Stage\u00a0<\/strong>for the May Bank Holiday.<\/p>\n<p>Fresh from storming across the UK\u2019s monumental arenas with Don Broco,\u00a0<strong>Neck Deep<\/strong>stand as one of the biggest British pop-punk bands of the 21st century. Their unapologetic twist on such a celebrated and classic sound has cemented their place as prominent movers and shakers of the scene. The Hopeless Records\u2019 act kicked off their global tour of<em>The Peace and The Panic<\/em>\u00a0at\u00a0<strong>Slam Dunk Festival\u00a0<\/strong>back in 2017 and they are returning full circle in 2019 to close the tour before they go away to start on their new album.<\/p>\n<p>Starting from internet message boards between Brighton and Minnesota, pop-punk\u00a0<strong>As It Is<\/strong>are set to return to\u00a0<strong>Slam Dunk Festival<\/strong>\u00a0this year. Latest album The Great Depression saw the quartet embrace darkness, melancholically exploring deep societal perceptions on mental health, masculinity and death. With this stunning reinvention, the Slam Dunk crowd can expect a theatrically delivery of anthemic tracks\u00a0<em>\u2018The Reaper\u2019, \u2018No Way Out\u2019 and \u2018The Wounded World\u2019.<\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Patty Walters of As It Is says;<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>&#8220;Words can\u2019t even describe our excitement to be returning to Slam Dunk Festival. Following their split in 2015, the band have chosen\u00a0<strong>Slam Dunk Festival<\/strong>\u00a0as their UK reunion on the 10 year anniversary of the album,\u00a0<em>The Kids Can\u2019t Lose;\u00a0<\/em>their performance at Hatfield and Leeds will be packed full of undeniable classics for a masterclass in original pop-punk.<\/p>\n<p>Breaking Billboard\u2019s Top 40 chart in 2017 with highly-charged single<em>\u00a0\u2018Blood \/\/ Water<\/em>\u2019,<strong>grandson<\/strong>\u00a0joins the impressive\u00a0<strong>Slam Dunk Festival<\/strong>\u00a0lineup. After a mammoth 12 months \u00a0which featured trailblazing live moments, monumental streaming numbers and a Fueled By Ramen signing, Jordan Benjamin aka grandson will spark a youthful rebellion with an hotly-tipped performance at\u00a0<strong>Slam Dunk Festival.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>On making his Slam Dunk and UK festival debut, grandson says;<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>\u201cThis summer I and a small caravan of the baddest most diabolical rock and roll immigrants I could possibly assemble will be descending on your grounds to play my first ever festival outside of North America.
