It\u2019s been a long time coming. The energy was insane when we got gold for Best Student Radio Station,\u201d said Niamh Hutchings, the head of digital content from the Smoke Radio.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cIt\u2019s a surreal situation. We couldn\u2019t process any thoughts, to be honest,\u201d Niamh added.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The station was awarded Silver for the Best Station in the previous year.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Student Radio Awards 2019 took place at Indigo, O2, on Thursday night.
