Grammy-nominated trio Jonas Brothers, have released a new original Christmas single, \u2018Like It\u2019s Christmas\u2019, just in time for the holiday season.\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

Update:\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>As of 20th November 2019, the Jonas Brothers are now a two-time Grammy-nominated band. The band is nominated for\u00a0Best Pop Duo\/Group Performance at the 62nd annual GRAMMY Awards. The award show airs Sunday 26th January 2020 8 p.m. ET (1 a.m. GMT).\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n

The band announced their break up in 2013 in a teary Good Morning America<\/em> interview.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Sofia, 26, shared with Voice of London, ‘When they broke up in 2013, I literally felt the world around me just like stop.’\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

During the 6-year breakup, Nick, Joe and Kevin each had their own solo careers.<\/p>\n

Nick launched a solo career, recording two albums after 2013. He appeared in the Hot 100 list eight times. His hit single, ‘Jealous’, climbed to Top 10. Other singles including ‘Chains’ and ‘Close’ rose to No. 13 and No. 14 on the charts. Nick married Indian actress Priyanka Chopra in December 2018.<\/p>\n

Joe attempted a solo career but ultimately made his success as the frontman of the band DNCE. ‘Cake By the Ocean’ was their most successful singing, peaking at No. 9 on the charts. Joe married\u00a0Game of Thrones\u00a0<\/em>star Sophie Turner in May 2019.<\/p>\n

Kevin took the 6-year hiatus to raise a family with wife Danielle Jonas. The pair have two daughters, Alena and Valentina Jonas. Kevin founded a real-estate development, construction company called JonasWerner.<\/p>\n

While fans were supportive of their solo projects, they weren’t as invested. Maggie, 24, admitted to Voice of London, ‘I\u2019d followed and supported all of their individual careers but I was never connected to anything like I was when the three of them were together.’<\/span><\/p>\n

The brothers shocked fans when they reunited in February 2019.\u00a0The reunion sparked a sense of nostalgia in many of their original fans and introduced the band to a whole new generation of fans.<\/p>\n

Sofia couldn’t quite describe the feeling of having her favourite band reunite, ‘picture the happiest feeling you could possibly imagine, and then multiply it with each and every new thing that they\u2019ve given us this year. It just kept getting better.’<\/span><\/p>\n

Lesly, 22, feels this is a second chance for the band, ‘I feel like so many people didn\u2019t give them a chance because of their \u2018Disney\u2019 image, and now so many people are seeing what great musicians they have always been.’<\/span><\/p>\n

They released their newest album, <\/span>Happiness Begins<\/span><\/i>, on 7th June 2019 with their record label, Republic Records.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This has been a monumental year for the brothers as their album hit #1 on the charts, with their first single <\/span>Sucker<\/span><\/i> going 2x Platinum and debuting at #1 on Billboard\u2019s Hot 100. Their newest single <\/span>Only Human <\/span><\/i>entered the Top 5 on both the Top 40 and Hot AC radio airplay charts.<\/span><\/p>\n

Having been a fan since 2006, Ariana, 25, refers to their new music as, ‘Jonas 2.0.’<\/p>\n

Similar to their new album, their new Christmas single sits well with fans. <\/span><\/p>\n

Danielle, 22, felt the Christmas song lived up to the hype, ‘<\/span>their Christmas song is exactly what I\u2019d expect a Jonas Brothers Christmas song to sound like, if that makes sense!’<\/span><\/p>\n

As someone who isn’t usually a fan of original Christmas songs, Maggie loves ‘Like It’s Christmas’, ‘I really enjoy that their Christmas song stays true to their unique sound but with a holiday twist.’<\/span><\/p>\n

The Jonas Brothers have recently been nominated for two American Music Awards.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The brothers are kicking off the second leg of their Happiness Begins tour on Tuesday 12th November 2019 in New Orleans – they\u2019ve been touring since mid-August.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Can fans expect a new addition to the set list this holiday season? You\u2019ll have to wait and see.<\/span><\/p>\n

Happiness Begins tour dates have been set for the UK early in the new year.\u00a0<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

The band will perform at London\u2019s O2 arena on Sunday 2nd February 2020, and SSE Arena in Wembley on Monday 3rd February 2020.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
