He described the whole situation as \u201ctoo confusing\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Keeping households from mixing seems unmanageable,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;If a group come to G-A-Y, who&#8217;s responsible in making sure they&#8217;re all from the same household? And who gets fined?<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-style: inherit;font-weight: inherit\">&#8220;We need the government to be working with business to make things work.&#8221;<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Tier 2 is an absolute killer for hospitality in London.<br \/>Where will this all stop?
