The fun activities to partake in are usually endless. However, this will be a Christmas like no other.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Coronavirus has been the cause of many event cancellations; yet few have remained open.<\/p>\n<p>This listicle offers some great alternatives, so that you and your family won\u2019t miss out on the festive fun.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>1) Winter Wonderland<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Hyde Park\u2019s annual Winter Wonderland event is likely London\u2019s largest Christmas attraction for friends and family looking for fun during the winter season.<\/p>\n<p>However, in light of ongoing COVID-19 concerns and obvious social distancing issues, it was announced earlier this year that Winter Wonderland would not be taking place in 2020.<\/p>\n<p>It has been confirmed that the Hyde Park Winter Wonderland event will return in November 2021.<\/p>\n<p><em>Alternative<\/em>: Pantoland at the Palladium<\/p>\n<p>Why not attend a Christmas panto in London to maintain that Christmas spirit.<\/p>\n<p>Pantoland at the Palladium is on from the 12<sup>th<\/sup> December to the 3<sup>rd<\/sup> January, tickets ranging from \u00a325 per head.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2) Santa\u2019s Grotto<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Winter Wonderland usually occupies Santa Land. One on few free Santa Grotto\u2019s in London, which has been cancelled along with the grand event.<\/p>\n<p><em>Alternative<\/em>: Leicester Square<\/p>\n<p>The chance to meet Santa is still Available at Leicester Square. Tickets must be booked in advance for \u00a311.50. Dates are yet to be confirmed.<\/p>\n<p>Selfridges offers an alternative opportunity to meet Santa at their Corner restaurant and join him in a festive breakfast.<\/p>\n<p>Tickets go for \u00a350.
