The site\u2019s environmental rating is marked as \u201cnot good enough.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PLT is owned by Boohoo PLC. Their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boohooplc.com\/sustainability\">s<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boohooplc.com\/sustainability\">ustainability plan<\/a> says that they intend to improve their &#8220;materials, textile waste and supply chain management.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayesha Barenblat, Founder and CEO of <a href=\"https:\/\/remake.world\/\" title=\"https:\/\/remake.world\/\">Remake<\/a> told The Voice of London: &#8220;This type of pricing fuels mindless consumption and will add to fashion&#8217;s outsize impact on the climate crisis.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite the controversy, some shoppers have shared their excitement on Twitter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">What\u2019s the best way to prepare for the <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/PLT?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#PLT<\/a> 99% sale?
