Leaving the home country can be exciting for some people, especially young adults. Voice of London spoke to a couple of international students to learn about their stories.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the most popular destinations for studying abroad is the UK, especially London.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Data from the HESA<\/a> (Higher Education Statistics Agency) revealed that during the academic year 2019\/2020 the number of international students in the UK reached the record.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Voice of London interviewed two international students: Saray, from Spain, and Daniele, from Lithuania, who are studying at the University of Westminster. \u201cHome is not a place, it’s a feeling, \u201d says Daniele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students spoke about their overall experience of living and studying in the UK, including positive benefits and challenges, such as the initial language barrier and getting a job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
