Dr Ikrom Rikhsiboev is the Dean of Graduate School (Research) at Westminster International University in Tashkent (WIUT). Dr. Rikhsiboev has 15+ years of experience in higher education. Previously he worked as the Head of Research and Innovation Department at the Universiti Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia. He holds PhD in Mathematics from the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan.<\/p>
